We are hiring a Customer Service Representative based in Logan, Utah, with a hybrid work model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
In this role, you will
- serve as the primary contact for global B2B clients, supporting internet products and digital assets
- respond promptly via chat, phone, and email to inquiries, troubleshooting issues and managing domain portfolios
- build and maintain client relationships by understanding their needs
- resolve technical, billing, and service-related issues efficiently
- escalate complex problems and collaborate across teams to ensure client satisfaction
- develop product knowledge and stay informed on industry changes
- aim to meet performance metrics and deliver exceptional service
Candidates should have experience in customer-centric environments, strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with MS Office. Bilingual skills are a plus.
