Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative handles inbound and outbound calls with patients, caregivers, and providers, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.
During the initial 6-8 weeks of training, the role requires working 100% onsite from 8 am to 4:30 pm. Upon successful completion of training, employees have the opportunity to work remotely.
Post-training schedules are from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm or 11:30 am to 8:00 pm.
Qualifications include prior customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to provide excellent service.
