Customer Service Representative

Job Summary/Company: Are you the essential employee every company needs? Sparks Group works with a phenomenal fittings manufacturer  in Northern Virginia that is seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Representative to process incoming orders, answer customer questions and work within different computer platforms.  Here's what you can look forward to in this contract to hire opportunity - $20/hr , phenomenal benefits and a Mon - Fri work schedule of 8-5  and early departure on Fridays! Candidate must reside in a commutable distance to Manassas, VA.  

Responsibilities:

• Complete data entry of customer/client information 
• Assist with processing orders through different computer programs
• Speak with customers and clients over the phone to answer questions and help with placing and processing sales orders
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications/Background Profile:

• Experience working in a manufacturing or supply chain industry 
• Experience working within CRM 
• Experience working within ERP
• Experience working within MS Dynamics and SalesForce  is a plus
• MS Office experience (Excel and Outlook)
