We are seeking a reliable and motivated Customer Service Representative to join a great company. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Mandarin and English, has strong communication skills, and enjoys working with customers in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule: Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $21 –
Answer emails and phone calls from customers, sales representatives, and operations team members
Process and place customer orders
Coordinate or conduct customer onsite visits.
Communicate with customers by phone, email, and in person
Provide excellent customer support and maintain professional relationships
Fluent in both Mandarin and English
Authorized to work in the United States
Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Must have reliable transportation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willingness to grow in customer service
