Pay Range: $14/hr - $16/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• The Customer Service Representative (Call Center Rep) position entails serving as the primary customer support for our contact center.
• Success in this position requires that the CSR be able to work independently with little to no supervision, provide immediate availability, be professional, provide documentation within our systems

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key skills; Customer Service, Call Center, Calls, data entry
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior clerical or administrative experience required. 
• Strong verbal and written communication and organization skills with strong attention to details required.
• Basic computer software skills required.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service required.
• Must be able to operate adding machines and other office equipment (i.e., copier, fax machine, etc.).
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to perform repetitive data entry tasks; manual dexterity.
• Vision abilities required include close, distance and depth perception.
• Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear.
