What You'll Do:

  • Manage assigned territories and serve B2B customers with excellence
  • Process orders, CCFs, and RGAs accurately and efficiently
  • Respond to inquiries about pricing, product availability, order status, and shipping
  • Ensure timely issue resolution while balancing company policies and customer needs
  • Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience
  • Collaborate closely with sales, shipping, finance, and order entry teams
  • Document processes and help train new team members

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of customer service experience in a manufacturing or B2B environment
  • Strong multitasking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent computer skills; comfortable using 6–8 applications across multiple monitors
  • ERP experience (JD Edwards preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce or Microsoft CRM)
  • Team-oriented, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Preferred Skills:
    • Experience mentoring or training junior staff
    • Familiarity with complex or custom manufacturing processes
    • Previous high-volume order management experience

Schedule & Environment:

  • Monday–Friday, day shift
  • Fully on-site; commutable to New Haven, CT
  • Fast-paced, collaborative team environment
  • Exposure to multiple systems and processes, with hands-on mentorship
