Customer Service Representative – Manufacturing Description:
Duties and Requirements:

• Answer and route incoming customer calls with professionalism and efficiency

• Provide accurate order details, pricing, and product availability to customers

• Enter new sales orders into the ERP system with accuracy and timeliness

• Review and verify quotes, order specifications, and customer requirements

• Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates or delays

• Process order modifications, cancellations, and return requests

• Pull and prepare order-related documents for production and shipping teams

• Maintain up-to-date customer records and internal tracking logs

• Collaborate with manufacturing and logistics departments to ensure timely fulfillment

• Perform general administrative and clerical tasks as needed

• Use ERP systems (Epicor, SAP, or similar) for all order processing tasks

• Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Key Skills:

• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing or warehouse setting

• Proficiency with ERP software systems such as Epicor or SAP

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
