Customer Service Representative – Manufacturing

Are you organized, dependable, and great at working with people?  Saelens LLC is looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Johnson Creek team.

In this role, you will serve as an important connection between our customers and internal departments. You’ll help ensure orders are processed accurately, questions are answered quickly, and customer commitments stay on track from order entry through delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to customer questions by phone, email, and in person
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and order status
• Process customer orders, returns, and related documentation
• Coordinate with Shipping and Receiving regarding customer orders
• Issue warehouse picks and communicate rush-order requirements to Shipping
• Work with internal departments to resolve issues and support customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate customer records and update databases
• Professionally document and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
• Prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism

Requirements:

 What You Bring

• One or more years of customer service experience preferred
• Technical knowledge or experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with multiple departments to resolve problems
• A genuine commitment to providing outstanding customer service
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other applicable software
• Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills
• Ability to work independently and contribute as part of a team
