Qualified Staffing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented in office Customer Service Representative to a waste management client in the Hiram, GA area. This role is ideal for someone with strong call center experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. 
Customer Service Representative Key Responsibilities
  • Respond effectively and courteously to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints 
  • Return all customer calls in a timely and professional manner 
  • Set up new customer accounts and keep records updated and organized 
  • Maintain detailed customer records, including logging concerns and resolutions 
  • Identify, assess, and resolve customer needs to ensure satisfaction 
  • Utilize QuickBooks for billing, payment processing, and account management 
  • Assist with communication between internal teams, including drivers and management 

Customer Service Representative Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required 
  • Customer Service or call center experience required 
  • 2+ years of administrative or customer service experience (service industry preferred) 
  • Excellent customer services skills 
  • Basic customer skills required for inputting and retrieving data 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks 
  • Ability to work effectively with others in a team environment 
  • Problem solving and conflict resolution
