Qualified Staffing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support daily office operations for our client in Hiram. This role requires strong data entry skills, excellent phone communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and comfortable working in a small team environment. 
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform accurate and efficient data entry of customer information, invoices, and service details
  • Answer incoming calls, assist customers, and handle inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Set up new customer accounts and maintain accurate account records
  • Use QuickBooks for billing, payment processing, and account management
  • Support daily administrative tasks including filing, scheduling, and document organization
  • Assist with communication between drivers, management, and customers
  • Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in all administrative duties
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Call center experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Basic computer skills for inputting and retrieving data
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
  • 2+ years of administrative or office experience (service industry preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills (phone and in-person)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
  • Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
