The Customer Service Representative role is a full-time onsite position in Marlborough, MA, paying $23.94/hour for 12 months with potential extension.

  • Provides domestic customer support, responding to inquiries, resolving disputes, and processing orders while ensuring quality standards.
  • Requires experience with SAP-R3 (6 months to 1 year), order management, invoicing, and familiarity with the Sales to Cash process.
  • Works across various departments including Supply Chain, Sales, Manufacturing, and external contacts to meet customer needs.
  • Supports continuous improvement, quality processes, and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley 404.
  • Demands strong communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and proficiency in MS Office, with Salesforce.com and SharePoint experience a plus.
  • Qualifications include a college degree and prior customer service experience, with a focus on adaptability and strategic understanding.
