Seeking a Customer Service Representative; Receptionist to support a clinic team.
Under the Clinic Manager's guidance, provides patient assistance, helps orient new staff, and coordinates office activities. Assists with scheduling, workflow, and communicates provider updates.

Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent, knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, clerical or front office experience, office procedures, basic accounting, and equipment use.
