Job Full Description

Job Title:Customer Service Representative, Full time, Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm. The wage range is $17-$18!

About the Role:
The Customer Service Representative ensures customer satisfaction through the accurate and timely processing of orders, prompt response to customer inquiries, and professional communication via phone and email. This role collaborates with managers, plant supervisors, and other team members to process orders, determine shipping lead times, and resolve customer questions.

Employees are expected to uphold the company's mission by providing superior customer service and maintaining a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Consistent attendance, teamwork, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace are key to success in this position.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Process accurate customer orders received by phone, fax, web, and email into the ERP system.
  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Put customers at ease and build confidence as an ICW representative.
  • Analyze customer information and match it to the appropriate ICW product.
  • Assist customers with technical questions or refer complex inquiries to appropriate staff.
  • Verify all customer order details to ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure complete customer satisfaction before ending each call, whether processing an order or resolving a concern.
  • Process customer return material authorizations (RMAs).
  • Print and mail daily invoices and credit memos.
  • Communicate regularly with other sales team members and departments.
  • Seek guidance from the Sales Lead or Sales Manager as needed.
  • Maintain excellent communication with all departments.
  • Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with company policies.
  • Contribute to team goals and perform other related duties as assigned.
About You:
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: Minimum of six months of related experience preferred. Experience in assembly, telephone service, or computer data entry is a plus.
  • Skills & Abilities:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent customer service and organizational abilities.
    • Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
    • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
