We are seeking a customer-focused professional to manage inquiries, customer accounts, orders, and scheduling updates. This role supports customers and works closely with internal sales and production teams to resolve issues and ensure accurate, timely service.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person; resolve account questions and service issues.
Manage customer orders, records, and schedule changes using customer portals and ERP systems.
Maintain accurate data entry and report customer and order information to sales and production teams.
Analyze customer feedback and trends to support service improvements.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and maintain service quality.
Qualifications
Customer service, client support, or office experience preferred; strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Excellent Excel skills, accurate data entry, analytical ability, and attention to detail.
Extensive experience using customer portals to manage or change schedules; aerospace customer portal experience preferred.
Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Epicor.
Manufacturing experience and bilingual skills are pluses.
