A client of CFS is currently hiring for a Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
- The Customer Service Representative will handle incoming calls and assist customers with placing orders and basic questions
- Provide helpful, friendly support while resolving customer requests
- Enter customer information into the system and keep records updated
- The Customer Service Representative will assist with some light bookkeeping, including processing credits for returned items and logging checks into Excel
Preferred Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative:
- The Customer Service Representative should be comfortable communicating with customers over the phone
- Must be reliable and eager to learn
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic Excel skills
Salary: $40,000-$50,000
