Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Rep supports customers, vendors, and retailers by providing quality service and completing routine administrative tasks. This role interacts with internal and external customers by phone, in person, and through correspondence, while performing data entry and assisting with daily operations. Success in this position requires strong time management, adaptability, and the ability to learn systems quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Customer Service Representative Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $ 19.75 / hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm)

Resolve customer inquiries and complaints; escalate complex issues as needed. Perform data entry and operate ticket terminals and office equipment. Handle cash transactions and assist with balancing and reconciliation. Deliver in-person customer service, including ticket sales and redemptions. Manage phone inquiries, provide information, route calls, and escalate issues appropriately. Assist with ordering supplies, processing purchases, and distributing materials. Support report preparation, file maintenance, and CRM updates. Assist with mail processing, retailer communications, and administrative tasks. Support incentive processing and other duties as assigned.

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED; valid driver's license may be required. 0–2 years of customer service experience preferred, with cash handling and high-volume experience a plus. Basic computer, data entry, and math skills required. Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills are essential. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Ability to learn new systems, prioritize work, meet deadlines, and work effectively both independently and within a team is required. Demonstrates professionalism, accountability, adaptability, and a strong customer service focus.
