Customer Service Representative

About the Role

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Customer Care Specialist II to join a growing team! This isn't your typical call center position, you'll receive a structured training program designed to help you become an expert while building a long-term career with a company that invests in your success.

In this role, you'll support rental car customers by assisting with toll road and traffic violation inquiries through inbound phone calls and emails. If you're customer-focused, enjoy problem-solving, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound phone calls and email inquiries from customers regarding tolls and traffic violations

  • Research customer accounts and provide accurate payment and account information

  • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a focus on first-call resolution

  • Navigate multiple computer systems while documenting customer interactions

  • Build expertise in company products, services, and processes through comprehensive training

  • Meet performance goals related to quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, attendance, and schedule adherence

Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Previous customer service or call center experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • Positive attitude with a strong desire to help customers

Employment Requirements

  • Ability to pass a background check

  • Ability to pass a federal drug screen (THC is disqualifying)

  • Employment verification for the past 7 years

  • Education verification (High School Diploma or GED Required)

Position Details

  • Anticipated Start: August 2026, Dates TBD based on clearance of onboarding.

  • Location: Mesa, AZ 85210

  • Work Environment: Currently remote; employees may be asked to report onsite in the future as business needs change

  • Contract-to-Hire: Expected conversion around 9 months, based on business needs

  • Pay: $21.00/hour

  • Bilingual Pay: $22.00/hour after 2 months (upon passing bilingual proficiency assessment)

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Arizona Time).

  • Hours shift to 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM during Daylight Saving Time
