Customer Service - Routing
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
Pay Rate: $17//hr.+ (or depending on experience)
Our client is seeking a Customer Service Routing associate who can route the technicians for maintenance, installation and services jobs in the Phoenix Metro Area.
Ideal candidate would have worked in HVAC or Plumbing company as they would be use to routing drivers, would have knowledge of the Phoenix area and what would make sense - going from one location to another when scheduling the Technicians.- Scheduler
- inbound/outbound phone calls/emails
- Speaking directly to customers, sales reps, and field technicians.
- Attention to detail, multi tasking, fast pace environment, mature.
Opportunity offers stability - need someone who has a "thick-skin" when working with customers and Technician team.
The do offer medical, dental, 401K and they are on ESOP - Employee Stock Options (Employee Ownership Options) (Qualify upon direct hire)
