Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Metuchen, NJ 08840 (Hybrid)
Hire Type: 6-Month Contract to start
Target Pay Rate: $22.00/hour (W2)

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative provides administrative and customer support in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams, ensuring inquiries are handled professionally and efficiently while supporting daily operational activities.

Job Duties:

  • Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely support
  • Perform administrative, data entry, and customer service-related tasks
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications to support daily operations
  • Maintain organized records and documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
  • Prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and service expectations
  • Support departmental initiatives and other administrative functions as needed
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required
  • 0–1 years of relevant customer service, administrative, retail, or office experience
  • Strong customer service mindset and professional communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Comfortable working in a rapidly changing and growing organization
