About the Role
As our Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers by phone, email, and text. You'll answer questions, resolve concerns, schedule appointments when needed, and ensure every customer has a positive experience from start to finish.
What You'll Be Doing
- Answer inbound customer calls professionally and courteously
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and text messaging
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive experience
- Schedule appointments and update customer information
- Maintain accurate customer records within our CRM system
- Communicate with internal team members to ensure excellent customer service
- Follow up with customers when additional assistance is needed
What We're Looking For
- Previous customer service, receptionist, or call center experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused during difficult customer conversations.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude with a genuine desire to help others
