Great Lakes Outreach Wisconsin is expanding its customer-facing team in Milwaukee.
As a
Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the person customers interact with directly — starting conversations, answering questions, explaining the nonprofit campaigns we represent, and helping interested customers take the next step.
The work takes place face-to-face at retail and event locations throughout the Milwaukee area, so this is best suited to someone who enjoys being around people rather than sitting behind a desk.
A Typical Day Could Include- Approaching and starting conversations with customers
- Finding out what interests them through questions and conversation
- Explaining current campaigns in a clear and engaging way
- Answering questions and handling initial objections
- Identifying customers who are interested in supporting a campaign
- Guiding interested customers through the sign-up process
- Following campaign guidelines and representing clients professionally
- Working toward daily individual and team targets
You’ll receive full training before being expected to handle the role independently, along with ongoing coaching as you develop.
The BasicsPay: Weekly base pay + performance-based earnings
Schedule: Full-Time

Work Setting: In-Person
Experience: Previous customer-facing or sales experience is helpful, but not required
