Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM

• Have 2+ years of customer service experience within retail or a similar field.
• Have strong typing skills, math skills, and computer smarts.
• Are Tech-savvy and quick to pick up new systems and tools.
• Can be calm, professional, and collected, even when things get busy.
• Are reliable, punctual, and ready to show up for your team every day.

What You'll Be Doing: Job Duties

• Assist with customer call (business to business)
• Check the order status for clients
• Make outbound calls and take inbound calls
