Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to:


· Handle inbound provider calls related to claims, benefits, eligibility, and general inquiries.


· Document call details accurately in the system for tracking and follow-up.


· Meet daily performance metrics, including Average Handle Time (AHT), quality, and adherence.


· Monitor call queues and adjust status usage to support service level goals.


· Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or team leads.


· Provide empathetic and professional service to all callers.


· Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on policies and procedures.


· Support new initiatives or projects as assigned by leadership.


· Assist with mentoring or shadowing new team members when needed.


· Contribute to a positive team environment and help reduce burnout through collaboration. What does the ideal candidate background look like? Ideal Candidate Background:


· Experience in healthcare customer service, preferably in a provider-facing role.


· Familiarity with claims processing, benefits, and eligibility.


· Prior experience in a high-volume call center environment.


· Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards. What skills/attributes are required? Required Skills/Attributes: Strong verbal and written communication skills.


· Ability to navigate multiple systems and document efficiently.


Candidates Customer Service Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered:


· Call handling experience in a high-volume environment.


· Knowledge of Claims processing, Benefits, and eligibility.


· Ability to provide Provider support with empathy.


· Proficiency in System navigation for documentation.

· Pay: $ 12.84/hr.


· Shift: M-F; 7:30 AM – 4 PM

Pay Details: $12.84 per hour
