Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to customers, business partners, and drivers while ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will be skilled at handling inquiries, resolving issues, and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers and business partners via phone and email
- Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently
- Diagnose, assess, and resolve customer concerns
- Monitor delivery route progress and status updates
- Scan haul-away pods and verify required documentation
- Process delivery order changes and cancellations
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely updates
Required Qualifications
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Call center experience preferred
