    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a friendly and organized Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a genuine love for animals. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and enhancing the client's experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism.

    • Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar efficiently.

    • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and accurately.

    • Maintain client records and update information as needed.

    • Process payments and handle billing inquiries.

    • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry.

    • Ensure the reception area is clean and welcoming.

    • Coordinate with veterinary staff to provide seamless patient care.

    • Handle client concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary.

    • Stay informed about clinic services and promotions to inform clients.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.

    • Previous experience in a veterinary or medical office setting preferred.

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with practice management software.

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

    • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.

    • Compassionate and patient demeanor with a love for animals.

    • Availability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays.
