This full-time position involves coordinating sales efforts with Outside Sales Engineers to ensure accurate order processing, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include managing customer orders, responding to inquiries, quoting custom assemblies, expediting special orders, monitoring delivery reports, coordinating new projects, and assisting with procurement and stocking programs.
The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with 3-5 years of customer service experience in a technical or manufacturing setting. Experience with OEMs is a plus. Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and computer proficiency are required.
