Sparta Networking is hiring Customer Support Representatives for a full-time, on-site position focused on assisting customers, managing schedules, and providing general support services. This role is ideal for individuals seeking a consistent position in a structured, team-oriented call center environment.
In this position, you will handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls, help customers with questions, coordinate appointments or reservations, and ensure all interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.
Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries
Make outbound calls to follow up or provide additional support
Schedule appointments, reservations, and update customer information
Enter and maintain accurate data in internal systems
Follow company procedures and maintain a professional tone on every call
Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working in a call center or phone-based environment
Dependable, organized, and able to multitask
Must be 18 years or older
No experience required, training will be provided!
Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Saturday – Tuesday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
