CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Location: Appleton, WI, USA (Neenah address)
Summary
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this role requires a technical background to address customer queries, support field personnel, and manage orders from quote to shipment.
Responsibilities
- Preparing quotes, processing POs, and coordinating production updates.
- Assisting customers and ASEs with material selection.
- Managing transit logistics and ensuring compliance.
- Communicating customer needs across departments.
- Handling complaints, returns, and order status updates.
- Resolving technical questions and tracking shipments.
- Preparing customs documentation for international shipments.
- Providing work direction and supporting cross-functional projects.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma; Associate’s preferred.
- 3-5 years relevant manufacturing customer service experience.
- Proficient in English and Microsoft Office.
- Strong judgment, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask independently or within a team.
