What You'll Do
- Make high-volume outbound calls to warm and hot leads
- Respond to inbound leads within minutes
- Book roofing appointments for Sales Reps quickly and accurately
- Keep CRM (ServiceTitan) records clean and up to date
- Follow up relentlessly on unbooked or aged leads
- Work closely with outside sales and installation teams
- Hit and exceed key KPIs: 85%+ booking success rate, 250+ calls, 25%+ tenant aggregator conversion, and 200+ booked estimates per month
