Customer Service Representative

Smithereen Pest Management is looking for a Customer Service & Retention Specialist to assist with customer retention, scheduling, and daily administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers requesting cancellation and work to retain their business.
• Address customer concerns and document retention efforts.
• Complete customer call-aheads and establish standing service days/times when possible.
• Assist with inbound calls, scheduling, and rescheduling.
• Contact customers regarding schedule changes or technician call-offs.
• Follow up on work orders and third-party customer portals.
• Maintain accurate customer and scheduling information.
• Communicate professionally with customers and branch teams.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized with excellent follow-up and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service, scheduling, or administrative experience preferred.
