Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and provide exceptional customer service
- Listen to customer needs and provide accurate information and assistance
- Enter, update, and maintain customer and service records with a high degree of accuracy
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining efficiency and attention to detail
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, recordkeeping, and document management
- Take initiative to resolve issues and complete tasks independently
- Assist with basic accounting, billing, or financial administrative duties as needed
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy in all customer interactions and office functions
- Support daily office operations and perform additional duties as assigned
