Customer Service Representative

Express is hiring multiple Customer Service Reps in the Queens area.

Job Description:
  • Communicate with customers and answer their questions via phone, email.
  • Investigate customer complaints, troubleshoot issues and process returns or refunds.
  • Have strong understanding of company products, services and policies.
  • Document details of customer interactions, complaints and comments using companies CRM systems.
