Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: New York
Pay: $18.50/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Job Overview:
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative for one of the largest parking management companies in the U.S. This role involves assisting customers, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth service experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide information about services and policies
  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Support daily operations as needed
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
