Blue Diamond Disposal is looking to add aCustomer Service/ Office Administrator to their team inMt. Arlington, NJ.


Pay for this role is $25.00/hr


Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00A-5:00P


Our priority is to make sure we hire professionalcustomer servicerepresentatives that care about the safety of our drivers and the service provided to the community. As acustomer servicerepresentative with us the minimum responsibilities are:


Answering customer calls and processing customer orders for new service, discontinuance, or changes inservice.


Accepting payments from customers, researchingcustomer billinginquiries and updating customer account information.


Interacting with customers and Waste Connections employees to determineservicerequirements, resolve problems or complaints, and seeks cost-effective, safe environmentally sound solutions toserviceissues.


What we need from you:


2 years of high volumeCustomer Serviceexperience


Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook


Excellent verbal andwritten communicationskills
