We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers, business partners, and drivers while ensuring a smooth delivery experience. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving delivery issues, monitoring routes, and processing order changes.
What You’ll Do
Assist customers and business partners by phone and email
Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally
Diagnose, assess, and resolve customer and delivery issues
Monitor delivery routes and progress
Scan haul-away pods and verify required stamps
Process delivery order changes and cancellations
Coordinate with drivers and internal teams to resolve issues
Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate information
What You’ll Need
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
1+ year of related experience, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
