Salary Range: $250000.00 - $450000.00 per year

Licensing Support and Guidance

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly, professional first point of contact for our clients
• Help customers with billing questions, policy changes, renewals, and claims support
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent service and follow-up
• Educate customers on coverage options that better protect their families and assets
• Support the agency team with daily operations and client communication
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and strengthen customer accounts
• Keep client information accurate and organized in agency systems
• Deliver a customer experience that makes people excited to stay with our agency

• Someone who is dependable, positive, and people-oriented
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• A self-starter who takes initiative and enjoys learning
• Customer service, retail, healthcare, banking, or office experience is a plus
• Insurance experience is helpful, but not required we can train the right person
• Licensing is preferred or willingness to become licensed after hire
