Job Description
The Customer Service Representative is tasked with delivering exceptional service to our clients while assisting with daily operations. This position entails managing various communication channels, processing orders, and fostering strong client relationships.
Requirements
Promptly and professionally answer and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text.
· Accurately process and manage orders, ensuring timely follow-up.
· Act as the primary point of contact for the PSEG account and other designated clients.
· Keep precise records of customer interactions and transactions.
· Work collaboratively with internal teams to efficiently resolve customer issues.
· Contribute to the overall efficiency and smooth functioning of the office.
· Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
· Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with CRM systems.
· Previous customer service experience is preferred.
