Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our operations. This role focuses on delivering high-quality customer support through a call center environment, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions via phone and/or digital channels
• Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and service requests efficiently
• Provide accurate information regarding AT&T products and services
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional communication
• Follow established processes and compliance guidelines
• Meet KPIs such as productivity, quality, and customer experience metrics

Requirements:

• 6 months to 3 years of experience in Customer Service
• English Advanced level
• High School graduated
• Professional customer service skills: solution mindset, helping nature, passion for the customer and customer experience
• Fair written and verbal communication skills
• Critical thinking and logical thinking
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Thinks outside of the box
• Demonstrated ability to be a fast learner and diligent worker
• Problem solving abilities

Type of work: On-site. Schedule: Monday to Friday from 6 AM to 8 PM (general shift).
