GFL Environmental Services USA, Inc. is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be accountable for answering customer calls and entering work orders for an oil-based company. We are looking for a reliable Customer Service Representative to perform tasks that will help us grow our business and maintain current customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Minimum of 2 years customer service experience.

• Provide excellent customer service and professionalism to all customers via telephone or email.
• Field phone calls and set up work orders and dispatch accordingly.
• Work closely with drivers for Logistics routing and dispatch.
• Receive and resolve, within established guidelines, customer questions and concerns.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Monitor, resolve, and document customer issues.
• Obtain relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
• Provide established pricing and assist in confirming scheduling if needed.
• Retrieve pertinent customer information for credit approval to set up new customer
accounts when Sales Team requests help.
• Manage customer accounts.
• Accounts Receivable and collection (when needed).
• Keep track and follow up on customer interactions when necessary
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested by management.
• Maintain a positive attitude and promote the GFL Environmental image by focusing on
cooperation, employee partnership and positive telephone and email manners.

Knowledge, Skills and Key Competencies:

• Associate's degree in business preferred but not required. Minimum of 2 years CSR experience.

• Associate's degree in business preferred but not required.
• Possess ability to speak and communicate effectively with customers and employees both
verbally and in writing.
• Proficient computer skills, specifically Google Workspace.
• Ability to organize multiple projects and have excellent multitasking skills.
• Microsoft Teams knowledge a plus but not required.
• Good problem-solving ability.
