This full-time Customer Support Representative role involves providing both technical and non-technical customer service through in-person, phone, email, or chat channels.
Activities include handling customer inquiries, processing orders, providing quotations, managing deliveries, and supporting account executives and marketing teams.
Key responsibilities include answering customer concerns, processing will-call orders, managing same-day deliveries, and maintaining communication with internal teams.
