Customer Service Representative

We are a Third Party Logistics provider; our core business is Refrigerated Warehousing and associated services. We are currently looking for qualified candidates to join our Customer Service Department.

Salary Range: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer all questions/concerns for our customer
• Notifying the customer of any issues that arise
• Generate all customer orders as scheduled
• Generate work orders for the warehouse to perform the requested task by the customer
• Communicate customers' timelines, special needs, instructions, and requirements to our Operations team
• Monitor the customer's inventory level and notify/email accounting for approval prior to clearing out their account
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a professional manner
• Generate written procedures for each account
• Assist in other areas as needed
