Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support daily transportation and logistics operations. In this role, you will work closely with customers, business partners, and drivers to ensure timely deliveries, resolve service issues, and provide exceptional customer support in a fast-paced environment.
Dispatch and communicate with drivers.
Provide customer support via phone and email.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Monitor delivery routes and shipment progress.
Process delivery changes and cancellations.
Verify delivery documentation and scan proof of delivery (POD) records.
Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office applications.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience.
Experience in transportation, logistics, or dispatch operations.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
