Customer Support Representatives are the frontline of a company’s customer service, handling queries, complaints and providing general advice to customers.
They are often the first point of contact and their main goal is to provide excellent customer service and help maintain a company’s reputation.
They have the following duties and responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries through various channels such as email, phone, chat, etc.
Identify the needs of the customer to provide a suitable solution
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, follow up to ensure resolution
