Customer Service Representative

ScholarTrip is hiring a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with travel-related questions and requests. This is a remote position open to candidates in Oklahoma City, OK. Full-time and part-time schedules are available. Pay: $23–$28/hour. Previous experience is not required. Training is provided.

Duties
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email.
• Assist with travel and booking questions.
• Help customers with itinerary changes.
• Provide accurate service information.
• Maintain customer records and case notes.
• Escalate complex requests when necessary.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Good computer and typing skills.
• Ability to work independently from home.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable and customer-focused attitude.

Extra Skills (Optional)
• Previous customer service experience.
• Familiarity with travel booking platforms.
• Experience with CRM or support software.
