Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative is the primary point of contact for our customers, managing interactions across multiple platforms with a focus on first-call resolution and service excellence. This role handles customer inquiries, processes orders, provides technical support, and partners with our sales team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and electronic channels
• Handle and resolve customer complaints with a focus on first-call resolution
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to address product and service inquiries
• Provide accurate pricing and delivery information
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and databases
• Direct unresolved issues to the appropriate internal resources
• Present products and identify upselling opportunities
• Support the Outside and Inside Sales teams
• Adapt to changes in procedures and customer service tools as needed

• Associate's degree or higher, OR 1+ years of customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
