Welcome to Love's! We are seeking experienced Contact Center Representatives to deliver outstanding customer service, manage Roadside Service dispatch, and initiate sales across a diverse client base. Contact Center Representatives play a key role in fostering a culture of service excellence that exceeds typical industry standards. Join us in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where business is conducted with integrity, respect, and efficiency. This role requires representatives to be present at our Memorial Road location. Training will take place over three weeks, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., beginning August 19th. Shift schedules may vary.
