Key Responsibilities – Customer Support Specialist
Serve as the first point of contact for customers calling in for service, support, or sales, guiding them to the right solution with patience and professionalism.
Gather accurate details to create service tickets so dispatchers can assign the right technician.
Provide clear information on products, services, and pricing when needed.
Maintain detailed, organized notes in the ticketing system to support scheduling and follow-up.
Support the service team with additional administrative and customer-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications – Customer Support Specialist
High school diploma required; college coursework or degree preferred.
1+ year of customer service or administrative experience.
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, organized environment.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other everyday business software.
Preferred Qualifications – Customer Service Specialist
Prior experience in construction, home services, or field service industries.
Experience with ticketing or CRM software systems.
Physical Requirements – Customer Support Specialist
Primarily sedentary, office-based role; extended periods sitting at a desk using a computer and phone.
Occasional light lifting (up to 10 lbs) of office materials.
On-site position in Olathe, KS; not eligible for remote or hybrid work.
