Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Sales Department in Mira Loma, CA. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, and have experience supporting customers in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the food industry is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage customer orders, including adjustments and account maintenance.
  • Resolve customer complaints by identifying issues, offering solutions, and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support order fulfillment, delivery, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and account changes.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer calls, emails, and messages.
  • Assist customers with product information, pricing, and promotions.
  • Handle special requests, including cancellations, returns, recalls, and manual orders.
  • Track and manage pending tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Support cross-functional teamwork and assist with workload balancing as needed.
  • Communicate payment and billing-related concerns with the Accounting team.
  • Generate reports related to customer orders, account activity, and order history.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant customer service or administrative experience.
  • Experience in the food industry preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to follow established procedures and work collaboratively.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Work Schedule

  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
