The Customer Service Representative supports daily store operations under supervision, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service, cashiering, store presentation, food safety, and safety protocols.

  • Greet customers warmly, promote products, and follow service standards to ensure satisfaction
  • Operate POS systems accurately, handle cash, process transactions, and verify IDs for age-restricted items
  • Maintain store appearance by stocking, merchandising, and removing expired products
  • Handle food and beverage stations following safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper equipment maintenance throughout the store
  • Assist with car wash operations if applicable and perform additional duties as assigned
