What You'll Do
Assist customers with general insurance questions and needs.
Make outbound calls and prospect for new business.
Follow up with leads and prospective customers.
Support day-to-day agency and insurance activities.
Build positive relationships with customers.
Learn insurance products, systems, and agency processes.
Participate in training and coaching.
What We're Looking For
Positive, professional, and friendly attitude.
Strong communication and people skills.
Comfortable making phone calls and speaking with customers.
Coachable and willing to learn.
Organized and dependable.
Motivated to build a long-term career.
Previous customer service, sales, or insurance experience is a plus, but not required.
Willingness to obtain an insurance license and grow within the industry.
